This pack is designed for those who want to feel as good as new. Choose one of the three available options and return home with your batteries charged.

 

Massage options:

1. Tuareg Massage: Full body massage including back, head, face, legs, feet, and hands; divided into two parts:

- "supine decubitus" (lying face up): Oshiboris on the feet (applying a warm moist towel), drainage of the legs and pumping movements, working the arms with a gentle, relaxing massage, and a face and head massage.

- “prone decubitus" (lying face down): the body is covered with a sheet and pressure is applied to the legs (“bear step"). Pressure is then applied to the back, finishing up with a relaxing massage.

Duration of massage: 50 minutes.

2. Decontracting Massage: this treatment benefits the muscles, nervous system, circulation, and skin. It also stimulates and strengthens us for our day to day life.

Duration of massage: 50 minutes.

3. Decontracting massage + Hydrojet: The hydrojet has all the advantages of a water massage but is performed without water.

It is an innovative therapeutic approach that combines the benefits of hydromassage and thermotherapy.

The decontracting massage benefits the muscles, nervous system, circulation, and skin. It also stimulates and strengthens us for our day to day life.

Duration of massage: 45 minutes.

 

The pack includes:

- One night’s accommodation in hotel HCC Montsia, including a buffet breakfast.

- A massage of your choice.
