This is one of the largest parks in Catalonia and it boasts a wide diversity of flora and fauna. Visitors can enjoy the nature here by taking one of the way-marked routes, along which are fountains and picnic areas. You can also visit the park’s offices, where you can find out more through a nice audiovisual presentation.
One of the park’s highlights is Pedraforca mountain, which stands at 2,506 metres high. It is also known as the magic mountain, or witches’ mountain, owing to the various legends that surround it. Its emblematic setting and its unusual forked shape make it one of Catalonia’s most original mountains.
Location: La Vinya, 1, in the village of Bagà.
